Ordering & Shipping

Payment Options
On-line orders can be paid by China Domestic Credit Card, Union Pay Debit Card and Online Banking via YeePay.


Back Orders
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for timely delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order as soon as possible and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges). We will also notify you by email if you order a backordered item.

Shipping & Handling

Please understand that all products are assembled after the order is completed online. We try to assemble & ship all orders within 3 business days.


Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.


All shipments require a signature. Once the package is signed for and received, its contents are no longer the responsibility of the Shipper or IQAir. Please inspect packages very carefully for damage before signing documents presented by the shipping company delivery person.

IQAir-China.com only services mainland China. We donot sell or ship products internationally.








Returns Policies

Purchases from IQAir-China.com
IQAir-China.com is dedicated to satifying your needs with our high quality products and services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may for a refund. Simply follow our return instructions and send it back to us in its as-shipped condition. All returns are subject to IQAir-China.com managmetns discression and approval.

Conditions of Returning Items:

  • There will be a 15% Restocking Fee on opened products
  • No returns will be accepted 14 days after items have been delivered to the customer
  • Returns must be in original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges and any damage during shipping the return.
  • Refunds will be the full cost of the item EXCLUDING our shipping, handling and insurance charges.



Steps to Return Purchases
IQAir-China.com cannot accept any returned merchandise without first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization. To receive an RMA ID, please send us an email stating your reason for return, order number and full name. We will send you an email giving you an RMA ID. This step is particularly important so we know to expect your purchase in our shipping department.



Return Process Steps

  • Contact us and obtain an RMA ID by sending an email us at info@iqair-china.com.
  • Repack the merchandise in its original packaging including any tags, accessories or literature that came with the merchandise. Pack the merchandise in the box used to ship the merchandise to you or a functional equivalent.
  • Please make sure you send a copy of your receipt when you send your purchase back to us. We are unable to process a refund without a receipt.
  • Send us the merchandise to the address provided in the email we send you. For your own protection we recommend that you use a trackable-delivery service and insure the package for your purchase price. Write the RMA ID on the outside of the package.
  • Credit for returns will begin being processed once the item is received. We will send you an email indicating the amount to be refunded. Refunds will be the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping, handling and insurance charges.
  • Refunds will be made using the method of payment used in the original purchase. Depending on banks, this can take 3-5 working days to show in your account.


Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, production of your custom order begins, so we cannot make changes. Changes or cancellations cannot be made on "rush" orders because production starts immediately. For cancelation simply contact us by email and tell us your reason for return, order number and full name.


Refunds
We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. Refunds will be the full cost of the item EXCLUDING our shipping, handling and insurance charges.


Items must be returned in original condition within 30 days of you receiving the shipment. Please note that items returned showing any signs of wear, alteration or damage cannot be accepted.
